Current Fund Allocation Status
It was announced that the total amount of funds allocated to provincial departments, agencies, and local governments in 2026 exceeds 351 billion VND.
According to evaluations, the average disbursement rate achieved so far is over 25 percent, but it was noted that some units have not yet made any disbursements.
Year-End Targets and Proposed Solutions
Officials chairing the meeting discussed in detail the obstacles causing the slow fund allocation and sought ways for solutions.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stated that they aim to achieve a 100 percent disbursement of the allocated capital by the end of 2026.
