Following the national resolutions on science, technology, and digital transformation, the Party Committee of the High-Tech Information Technology Center has issued a specific action resolution aimed at developing military communication systems, reducing reliance on foreign technology, and enhancing self-sufficiency.
Process of Adopting the Strategic Resolution
Following the Politburo's issuance of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in national science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, and in accordance with the directives and guidelines of the Ministry of National Defense and the Signal Corps, the Party Committee of the High-Tech Information Technology Center promptly organized working sessions.
Issuance of the Special Action Resolution
This step aims to translate the strategic thinking of the Central Committee into technical solutions, technological products, and self-reliant actions within the unit.
On March 27, 2025, the Center's Party Committee issued a thematic resolution, defining breakthroughs in this field as one of the top priority tasks.
Targets for 2030 and 2045
By 2030, the Center's potential and capacity are targeted to be pioneering within the Signal Corps and serve as an exemplary model across the entire military.
By 2045, the goal is to achieve self-sufficiency in the design, manufacturing, and modernization of high-tech telecommunication equipment.
