Ministers and Local Leaders Will Be Held Accountable for Digital Transformation Results

Steering Committee Meeting
Prime Minister Le Minh Hung chaired the first meeting of the Steering Committee, which was restructured in accordance with the Politburo's Decision No. 208-QD/TW.
The meeting addressed issues such as cleaning 12 million diploma data records on VNeID and fund disbursement.
Direct Responsibility
The Steering Committee requested that the heads of ministries and local authorities be directly accountable to the Prime Minister and the Committee Chairman for the implementation of tasks.
Institutional Improvements
The Ministries of Finance, Foreign Affairs, and Public Security will resolve fee-related difficulties in issuing criminal record certificates to citizens abroad by October 2026.
The Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Home Affairs will conduct joint efforts to remove obstacles in support policies.
