National Innovative Startups Program to Support 500 Ventures
The Ministry of Science and Technology aims to strengthen the commercialization, production, and financing processes of technology-focused startups through its new program covering the 2026-2035 period.
Approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the 2026-2035 National Innovative Startups Program aims to provide comprehensive support to technology, research, and intellectual property-focused businesses. Within the scope of the program, at least 500 innovative startups are planned to be supported in technology testing, prototype development, and fundraising processes by 2035.
Targeted Growth in Entrepreneurship
The program aims to establish and support at least 250 innovative startups by 2030 and a total of 500 by 2035. These ventures are expected to operate on the basis of commercializing technology, research results, and intellectual property rights.
Technical and Operational Supports
By 2030, controlled testing processes of 30 businesses and prototype development and mass production processes of 150 businesses will be supported. In addition, it is foreseen that 30% of the support to be provided to 200 businesses at the incubation and growth stages will focus on the high-tech sector.
Ecosystem and Professional Development
The program aims to support the incubation activities of 200 organizations and ensure the participation of 1,000 startups by 2035. At the same time, it targets training 1,000 professionals in the fields of venture capital and incubation management.
Financing and Implementation Process
The National Technology Innovation Fund has been designated as the primary organization responsible for executing the program and allocating funds. Financing will be provided through the annual state budget and legitimate resources from domestic and foreign organizations.
