New Platform for Digital Transformation at the Local Government Level
A new application platform designed to facilitate access to digital transformation based on the practical needs of local governments has officially launched.
The Ministry of Science and Technology has launched a new application platform supporting grassroots-level digital transformation as part of the National Digital Transformation Day 2026 celebrations.
Platform Introduction and Opening Ceremony
The new application platform, prepared by the Ministry of Science and Technology, officially went into service within the framework of the National Digital Transformation Day 2026 celebration program.
Prof. Chau Van Minh, President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, and Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long attended the opening ceremony.
Purpose and Function of the Application
This developed platform aims to meet the practical needs of local authorities and citizens, such as business management, online sales, and digital payments.
Rather than being a system replacing existing software or a new administrative process, this tool possesses a supportive, guiding, and connecting nature.
Service Cycle Provided
The system fundamentally offers a structure covering stages such as identifying needs, researching models, and searching for solutions.
The platform also guides its users through cycles of skill acquisition, creating consultation requests, and providing feedback.
Usage Data and Statistics
Previously made available for preliminary use on September 22, 2026, the application managed to achieve a significant interaction rate in a short time.
Thousands of registered user accounts, expressions of interest, course registrations, and consultation requests were recorded on the system during the initial phase.
