Nine-Month Results of Science, Technology, and Digital Transformation Activities Reviewed
An evaluation meeting held in the province reviewed science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation activities for the first nine months of 2026, as well as the implementation successes of the Politburo resolution.
At the conference held on the morning of September 29, the results of science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, and the status of implementing Politburo Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW in the province during the first nine months of 2026 were evaluated.
Purpose of the Conference
The meeting was held on the morning of September 29 under the chairmanship of Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Science and Technology Development, Innovation, and Digital Transformation.
Task Completion Rates
The report presented at the conference stated that the province completed 289 out of 296 tasks assigned by the Central Government, achieving a success rate of 97.6%.
It was shared with participants that specific targets were successfully implemented with a rate of 85.1%.
Critical Issues Addressed
Throughout the meeting, participants detailed strategic issues such as digital infrastructure, administrative reform, data cleaning, and information security.
New solution proposals that could be implemented for the remaining period of the year were emphasized.

Delivering the closing speech, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh stated that bottlenecks in infrastructure and human resources must be resolved swiftly.
Attention was drawn to the importance of accelerating fund disbursement and acting with a proactive sense of responsibility throughout the process.
