OpenAI, a pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence, announced the expansion of its GPT-6 product family with the updated Sol and Luna models. Compared to previous series, the new artificial intelligence models offer a 50 percent price reduction in API access while significantly increasing accuracy rates.

Following the earlier GPT-6 Astra release, OpenAI has officially made the Sol and Luna models available to users, expanding its product lineup.
50 Percent Discount on API Prices
Thanks to improvements in caching and inference processes, a 50 percent price reduction has been applied to the API access fees of the new models compared to the GPT-5.6 series.
Accuracy Rate and Performance
According to internal evaluation tests, the GPT-6 Sol model makes approximately fifty percent fewer errors in factuality test evaluations compared to its previous version.
Accessibility and Use Cases
These newly developed artificial intelligence models are made available via ChatGPT Work, Codex, and the ChatGPT API, while the Luna model is also accessible to Free and Go users on the desktop application.
