A ceremony was held in Quang Ngai province to transfer the duties of the Permanent Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee for Science, Technology Development, Innovation, and Digital Transformation from the Provincial Party Committee Office to the Provincial Police Department.
Handover Ceremony Held
In Quang Ngai province, an official conference was organized for the handover of the duties of the Permanent Agency under the coordination of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Police Department.
At this important meeting, officials from both institutions came together to sign the handover records and mark the beginning of the new era.
Key Figures Attending the Ceremony
Dinh Thi Hong Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, attended the handover conference.
Major General Ho Song An, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Police, was also present at the meeting and contributed to the process.
Objective of the New Assignment Decision
This change was implemented in accordance with Decision No. 986-QD/TU dated August 28, 2026, issued by the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee.
The Provincial Police Department was assigned to ensure compliance with government policies and maintain unity in fulfilling tasks.
Files and Programs Transferred
Within the scope of the conference, the two units mutually approved and formalized the contents of the handover.
Files, documents, work programs, coordination regulations, and ongoing tasks were completely transferred to the new unit.
Current Task Status and Objectives
It was announced that there are a total of 256 tasks assigned to Quang Ngai province within the monitoring system of the Central Government's decisions.
It was shared with participants that 159 of these tasks have been completed, while 91 are still ongoing.
Emphasis on Inter-Agency Coordination
Dinh Thi Hong Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested the Provincial Police Department to quickly grasp the responsibilities.
It was particularly emphasized that existing achievements must be built upon and coordination with the Provincial Party Committee Office must be maintained.
