Minister Alswaha, who visited China last month, drew attention to the country's scientific and technological competence, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence, mathematics, and physics.

Stating that China attaches great importance to basic sciences, Alswaha said that the presence of numerous mathematicians and physicists in the country supports its global competitiveness.
