Official steps have been taken for new science and technology projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia to support the technological skills of youth. With the signed partnership protocols, it was decided to establish modern centers in Sarajevo and Skopje where children will receive practical education.

New Steps for Cooperation in the Balkans

New initiatives aiming to support the scientific and technological skills of youth are being implemented in the Balkan region. The Turkey Technology Team Foundation strengthened regional collaborations by taking official steps for projects directed at students in Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia.

Science Base Being Established in Sarajevo

Thanks to the signed partnerships, Sarajevo is being transformed into a modern science base where children will receive practical training in a wide range from robotics to aviation.

A Joint Service Protocol regarding the establishment and operation of Science Sarajevo was signed among TİKA, the International University of Sarajevo, and the T3 Foundation.

Workshops to Take Place in the Center

Different educational areas such as the Science Workshop, DENEYAP Technology Workshop, and Project Workshop will be located within the body of the new center to be established.

The official protocol was signed by TİKA President Abdullah Eren, Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır on behalf of the T3 Foundation, and Prof. Dr. Sevgi Kurtulmuş, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the International University of Sarajevo.

Science Skopje Process for Skopje

A comprehensive cooperation protocol was signed between the International Balkan University and the T3 Foundation in the fields of science, technology, education, research, and youth.

Within the scope of this cooperation, efforts are underway to establish Science Skopje in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia.

The protocol regarding the project to be implemented in Skopje was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bilal Sucubaşı, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the International Balkan University, and Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır on behalf of the T3 Foundation.
