Steering Committee Evaluates Digital Transformation and Innovation Efforts
The steering committee reviewed the implementation results of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW in the first nine months and outlined new tasks for the final quarter of the year.
The Provincial Steering Committee for Science and Technology Development, Innovation, and Digital Transformation reviewed its work in the first nine months and discussed fourth-quarter targets at a conference held on September 29, 2026.
Purpose of the Meeting
Chaired by Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Provincial Party Committee Secretary and Head of the Steering Committee, the conference convened to evaluate the implementation results of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024. Representatives from relevant units attended the meeting.
Task Completion Rate
Out of the 296 tasks assigned by the Central Government since the beginning of the year, 289 have been completed, achieving a rate of 97.6%. The remaining 7 tasks are reportedly within their designated implementation deadlines.
Specific Targets and Action Plan
Out of 74 specific targets aligned with the provincial plan, 63 have been achieved, yielding an 85.1% success rate. Additionally, it was committed that six tasks under the Central Steering Committee's 100-day action plan will be completed before November 30, 2026.
Discussed Issues and New Directures
The conference discussed topics including digital infrastructure, administrative reform, data cleaning, and digital transformation in education and healthcare. Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh instructed the acceleration of cybersecurity and fund disbursement processes.
