TÜBA-TEKNOFEST PhD Science Awards Find Their Owners
Awards were presented to 15 researchers who ranked high within the scope of the festival held at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport.
At the festival continuing at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport under the joint coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the T3 Foundation, 15 successful scientists who won the TÜBA-TEKNOFEST PhD Science Awards were announced and presented with their prizes.
Festival and Award Ceremony
The Aviation, Space and Technology Festival, realized under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the T3 Foundation, continues at full speed at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport.
Within the framework of the organized events, the 15 scientists who won the TÜBA-TEKNOFEST PhD Science Awards were determined and their awards were presented by officials.
Awarded Fields
The TÜBA-TEKNOFEST PhD Science Award has been given since 2021 to doctoral dissertations prepared in many strategic and critical fields.
Researches in a wide range from technology to artificial intelligence, from energy to agricultural technologies, and dimensions of the national technology move are rewarded.
Science and Engineering Sciences
Sezer Önbilgin from Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University took first place in the field of science and engineering sciences.
Kürşat Tekbıyık from Istanbul Technical University came in second, while Nedim Hacıosmanoğlu and Mehmet Can shared third place.
Health and Life Sciences
Ahmet Kağızman from Istanbul Technical University achieved first place in the health and life sciences category.
Osman Oğuz Demir from Hacettepe University ranked second, and Merve Gülbahar Eren from Sakarya University took third place.
Social and Humanities
Adem Kantar from Ankara University won the first place award in the branch of social and humanities.
Fatmanur Çimen from Atatürk University became second, and Muhammed Murat Gümüş along with Melike Artar Bıyıklar became third.
Basic Sciences Results
In the evaluations in the field of basic sciences, Musa Dırak from Koç University was selected first.
Oğuzhan Karakurt from Middle East Technical University came in second, and Hasan Kara and Tuğba Hacıefendioğlu Aydın became third.
