The Turkish Space Agency signed two critical agreements to strengthen international cooperation within the scope of IAC 2026 held in Antalya.

Important Steps at the Congress in Antalya

Organized by the International Astronautical Federation and coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, IAC 2026 hosted significant meetings in the field of space at the Antalya NEST Congress Center.

Official steps to strengthen international relations were taken during the first two days of the organization, which is co-hosted by the Turkish Space Agency and SAHA Istanbul.

Framework Agreement on Cube Satellite Project

One of the signed agreements serves as a continuation of the existing cooperation in the joint cube satellite project carried out under the coordination of the Organization of Turkic States.

With this framework agreement, it is aimed to take joint efforts to a more advanced level and establish a solid foundation for future space projects.

New Memorandum of Understanding with UKSA

The Turkish Space Agency also signed a memorandum of understanding with UKSA aimed at establishing joint cooperation in the field of space and developing new projects.
