Visit to Ha Tinh by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations
A delegation from the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations visited the Ha Tinh provincial union to discuss the importance of intellectuals in regional development.
Professor and Academician Chau Van Minh, President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, visited Ha Tinh province to work on strengthening the role of the union in gathering intellectuals and contributing to socio-economic development.
Ha Tinh Visit and Held Meetings
Professor and Academician Chau Van Minh, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and President of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, accompanied by a delegation, visited the Ha Tinh Union of Science and Technology Associations.
During the working session, productive evaluations and mutual exchanges of views were held regarding the work of local scientists and intellectuals.

Nguyen Thanh Dong, Standing Member of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, participated in this critical working session.
Additionally, provincial officials along with Bui Khac Bang, President of the Ha Tinh Union of Science and Technology Associations, were present at the meeting.
Addressing Activities and Projects
During the meeting, various activities, projects, and services carried out alongside the union's 20 member organizations were discussed.
The consultancy services conducted by the institutions and the results of scientific research achieved were examined in detail.
Creating Favorable Conditions for Development
Professor and Academician Chau Van Minh expressed his hope that Ha Tinh province would show greater attention to gathering intellectuals.
He also wished that favorable conditions would continue to be created for the provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations to make practical contributions to socio-economic development.
