Language of Correspondence and the Tribunal's Decision
Examinations revealed that the emails sent by the employee and the workplace were prepared with the assistance of artificial intelligence, and the language used was accusatory, lengthy, and repetitive.
The tribunal banned the use of artificial intelligence tools in all future correspondence between the parties, ordering that communication be concise, accurate, and respectful.
