FIFA October World Ranking Released
The International Federation of Association Football has announced the October world ranking, and the top positions remain unchanged.
In the October world ranking published by FIFA, the countries at the top remained in the same positions, while Portugal climbed two spots in the rankings.
Status of the Countries at the Top
According to the October rankings published on FIFA's website, Spain took first place with 2,011 points.
Argentina maintained its second-place position with 1,972 points, while France took third place with 1,958 points.
Other Changes in the Rankings
England continued to maintain its fourth-place position with a total of 1,925 points.
Portugal, meanwhile, rose two spots to claim the fifth position in the October list with 1,807 points.
Position of Group Opponents
Among the national teams' opponents, France kept its third-place spot, while Belgium ranked eighth with 1,779 points.
Italy maintained its fifteenth position with 1,713 points.
Next Ranking Date
It was reported that the next official FIFA world ranking, eagerly awaited by football fans, will be announced on Wednesday, November 18.
