The historic Chrysler Building, one of the most striking structures of the New York skyline, is entering a multi-million dollar comprehensive renovation process following the takeover of its lease by the development company Tishman Speyer.

Major Investment for the Historic Skyscraper

The historic skyscraper, which opened in New York nearly a century ago, is preparing for a comprehensive renewal process following property and leasing arrangements.

Crown and Facade to be Renewed

As part of the work to be carried out, the building's famous Art Deco crown will be polished and its 77-story exterior will be meticulously restored.

Huge Financing and Partnership

Developer Tishman Speyer and its partners plan to make a total investment of $235 million to bring the project to life.

Office Spaces and New Arrangements

Most of the building, located close to Grand Central Terminal, will be utilized as office space and companies will be enabled to move in quickly.
