Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, and many other leaders are coming together in Kyrgyzstan's capital, Bishkek, for the annual Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit.
Alongside the organisation's 10 permanent members, 15 states, including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, are involved in the process as dialogue partners.
