11th Ordinary Financial and Extraordinary Electoral General Assembly of the Turkish Chess Federation Concluded
Enes Efendioğlu, who entered the general assembly held in Ankara as the sole candidate, became the new president of the federation by receiving the majority of the valid votes.
Enes Efendioğlu, the sole candidate at the 11th Ordinary Financial and Extraordinary Electoral General Assembly of the Turkish Chess Federation held in Ankara, was elected as the new president.
General Assembly Process
In accordance with the decision taken by the board of directors of former Turkish Chess Federation President Fethi Apaydın, the 11th Ordinary Financial and Extraordinary Electoral General Assembly was held in Ankara today. Enes Efendioğlu appeared before the delegates as the sole candidate for the election.
Voting and Results
A total of 145 delegates participated in the general assembly, which had 192 delegates in total. Receiving the votes of 131 participating delegates, Enes Efendioğlu became the new president of the federation, while 14 votes were declared invalid in the election.
Released Reports and New Term
During the general assembly meeting, the board of directors, auditing board, and financial reports belonging to the previous period were unanimously acquitted. Enes Efendioğlu will serve as the president of the Turkish Chess Federation for a period of two years.
New Board of Directors Members
The new board of directors under President Enes Efendioğlu included Alper Efe Ataman, Arda Can Çeken, Melodi Dinçel, Özgür Kumral, and Serkan Akarsu. Additionally, Ozan Özkaya, Cesur Küçük, Gürkan Aydeniz, Abdülkerim Oğuzhan Alkan, and Orkun Güzel took office in the administration.
