3 Thousand Calf Health Kits Distributed to Producers in Yenice, Çanakkale

At the agricultural festival held in Yenice district of Çanakkale, 3 thousand health kits for calves will be distributed to producers within the scope of the Life Bond Project.

The Life Bond Project, carried out by the Çanakkale Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry with the support of the Çanakkale Governorate and the financial contributions of the Provincial Special Administration, met with producers at the Yenice Agriculture Festival. Within the framework of the project, which aims to reach a total of 3 thousand producers, it is aimed to protect the health of newborn calves and reduce calf losses. In this context, where post-natal care practices are aimed to be widespread, the protective health kits offered for the use of producers include antiseptic solution and umbilical clamps.
