4 suspects referred to criminal judgeship of peace in fund investigation
The prosecutor's office procedures have been completed for 4 suspects who were detained within the scope of the capital markets fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Four suspects detained in the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding transactions in capital markets have been referred to the courthouse. After giving their statements to the prosecutor's office, two of the suspects were sent to the criminal judgeship of peace with a request for arrest, and two with a request for judicial control measures.
The prosecutor's office procedures at the Istanbul Courthouse have concluded for Hakan Gövdere, Elif Özüş, Elif Değerli, and Rıza Kandemir, who were detained within the scope of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office concerning transactions carried out in capital markets.
Following the statement procedures, Hakan Gövdere and Rıza Kandemir were referred to the criminal judgeship of peace with the request for their arrest. For the other suspects, a judicial control measure of a travel ban was requested for Elif Özüş, and house arrest for Elif Değerli. The investigation file previously contained information that 25 people had made repayments of approximately 13 billion liras.
