According to HP's Work Relationship Index (WRI) 2026 study, conducted for the fourth consecutive year, 40 percent of knowledge workers in Turkey have a healthy relationship with their work. The survey results indicate that employees in high-performing companies are three times more likely to form a healthy bond.

According to the results of the 2026 Work Relationship Index announced by HP Inc., 65 percent of employees in Turkey use artificial intelligence on a daily or weekly basis. Daily artificial intelligence usage rose to 43 percent this period, up from 24 percent last year. While more than 40 percent of employees benefit from Artificial Intelligence Agents technology that supports autonomous business processes, 8 out of every 10 employees view the impact of technology on working life positively.

The research shows that the biggest barrier to artificial intelligence adoption is a lack of communication. Only 16 percent of employees in Turkey state that their institutions communicate clearly about how new technologies will affect their roles. In addition, while half of the employees lack basic hardware requirements, the proportion of those who say they purchased upgraded computers to run artificial intelligence stands at 51 percent.
