The Urmia Culture and Art Center, visited by the delegation, stands out as a structure restored from a historical mansion dating back to the Qajar period and transferred to the Ministry of Culture. While carpet, rug, prayer rug, woolen fabric, and shalwar production is carried out within the center, where 40 different handicrafts are kept alive throughout West Azerbaijan, the center has 5,000 members.
