Abdullah Tolu deemed worthy of TÜBADEF Economy Writer of the Year Award

Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant and economy writer Abdullah Tolu has been deemed worthy of the "Economy Writer of the Year" award within the scope of the All Independent Auditors Associations Federation (TÜBADEF) 2026 Success Awards. The award ceremony, organized in memory of Nedim Türkmen, will take place in Istanbul on November 11, 2026.

The TÜBADEF 2026 Success Awards honor prominent figures in the fields of economy, education, professional organizations, and civil society. Alongside Abdullah Tolu, who stands out with his work in the fields of economy and taxation, the names receiving awards in various categories at the organization were also announced. Accordingly, the Lifetime Honorary Award was given to Mustafa Özyürek, the Civil and Social NGO Award to the Association for the Support of Contemporary Living, the Professional NGO Award to the Bursa Chamber of Certified Public Accountants, the Contribution to Education Award to Prof. Dr. Fatih Yılmaz, and the Jury Special Award to Nusret Sümer on behalf of İktisadi Dayanışma.

The ceremony, which will be held in memory of Nedim Türkmen, will take place on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, between 18.00 and 22.30 at the Maltepe Türkan Saylan Cultural Center in Istanbul. The event, which will bring together the worlds of economy and profession, will also feature a musical performance conducted by Özcan Uslu.
