Allianz Türkiye expands the scope of its Mobile Laboratory service

Allianz Türkiye has expanded the scope of the Mobile Laboratory service offered to its health insurance policyholders, allowing them to have tests requested by physicians at any healthcare institution performed at their current location.

Under the new application, policyholders can initiate the authorization process by uploading a photo of the patient information form created by their physician to the Allianz Digital Health platform. Following approval, the tests are performed at the policyholder's location, and the results can be tracked digitally.

Previously offered only for tests required after online doctor examinations within Allianz, this service now also covers policyholders who are examined at external healthcare institutions. The service, conducted in collaboration with Synevo, is currently available in the provinces of Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Istanbul, Izmir, and Mugla.

All Allianz health insurance policyholders aged 11 and over who have the relevant test coverage in their policy can benefit from the service.
