Accreditation Process at International Standards
During the comprehensive accreditation audit conducted by Planetree International, one-on-one interviews were held with patients, patients' families, and hospital staff.
Performance indicators regarding patient experience, employee participation, and overall service quality were examined in detail during the evaluations.
Person-Centered Care and Management Approach
Following evaluations conducted under core headings such as quality, compassion, transparency, inclusiveness, and intra-institutional collaboration, the hospital renewed its gold certification.
