BilimFest Trabzon Begins in Pazarkapı, Trabzon
Supported by TÜBİTAK 4007, BilimFest Trabzon will open its doors at the Pazarkapı Living Space on October 22, welcoming technology and science enthusiasts for three days.
Organized within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 4007 Science Festivals Support Program at the Trabzon Pazarkapı Living Space, BilimFest Trabzon will start at 10:00 AM on October 22 and last for three days.
Realized under the coordination of the Özdemir Bayraktar Science Center, the festival features 102 open-air workshops, science shows, robot demonstrations, planetarium events, and technology exhibitions. Aiming to increase the interest of children and youth in science, the organization also brings Bubble Show performances and science talks together with participants.
In the event attended by defense industry and public institutions such as TUSAŞ, HAVELSAN, ROKETSAN, TÜRASAŞ, DHMİ, SHG, the General Directorate of Mapping, and Türksat, TUSAŞ's HÜRJET and HAVELSAN's BAHA unmanned aerial vehicle are being exhibited. Over the three-day festival, it is targeted to reach more than 200,000 visitors.
