Content Creator Graham Zip Sends His Own AI Assistant to Job Interview
Content creator Graham Zip sent his own AI assistant to a virtual job interview conducted by a company screening bot, resulting in absurd dialogues and salary negotiations.
Social media content creator Graham Zip included his self-developed AI assistant named Victor in a virtual job interview for a marketing position at Brightwell Home.
After sharing a video last month simulating hallucinations during a virtual job interview, Graham Zip took his job-seeking process to a different level this time. In a new video published on YouTube, Zip sent his own AI assistant, named 'Victor', into a conference call with the employer's screening chatbot.
During the interview, Victor delivered an opening speech praising Graham Zip's marketing skills, to which the company's AI avatar responded positively. However, after the assistant introduced Graham as a manager to direct the team directly instead of a marketing coordinator, Zip had to intervene and correct the situation.
The interview became complicated as the two AI models attempted to talk to each other, and Zip told his assistant to step aside, stating it was being overly complimentary. After Victor stated Graham's salary expectation was $60,000, Zip briefly left the call, leaving the two AIs to continue the salary negotiation alone. When Zip returned, the company's AI stated that the salary range had been moved to between $85,000 and $95,000.
