Amazon Web Services introduced a new conversational intelligence model that will allow supply chain teams to directly access systems within decision-making mechanisms.

Supply chains constantly generate signals such as orders, changing lead times, slowing ports, and fluctuating prices. The newly developed structure aims to use Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers as the intelligence layer of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and have Amazon Quick transform this data into a setup-free structure. Answers are provided from live systems and document-grounded sources rather than model recall, and every change is subject to human approval.
