Culture and Art Trainings Continue at Serdivan Municipality's City Academy
Organized by Serdivan Municipality, the City Academy is hosting participants with a six-week training program in the fields of Sufism, history of thought, and traditional arts.
The City Academy, operating under the Serdivan Municipality Culture and Arts department, continues its training program covering various disciplines such as Sufism, history of thought, and traditional arts.
Within the scope of the program, Rahmi Karakuş examines the fundamental texts of the Sufi tradition with his course "Classical Sufi Text Readings: Risale of Qushayri," while Yağız Gönüler brings the world of thought and wisdom to participants with his course "In Pursuit of Gnosis: Ömer Tuğrul İnançer Readings." Additionally, the Calligraphy Art course, which is among the training topics, conveys the aesthetic aspect of writing and the subtleties of traditional arts to the participants.
The academy, which will continue for six weeks, allows participants to develop their intellectual accumulation and gain artistic experience. With this program, Serdivan Municipality aims to contribute to culture, art, and intellectual studies in the district.
