Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Minister Murat Kurum announced that the duration of the 'Half Is From Us' campaign conducted for urban transformation in Istanbul has been extended. According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, the new deadline of the campaign became December 31, 2027.
Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Minister Murat Kurum stated in a post on his social media account that transformation must definitely be carried out for Istanbul to be a resilient city against disasters. Kurum expressed that the 'Half Is From Us' campaign is an important opportunity for this process.
With the decision published in the Official Gazette, the deadline of the campaign was extended to December 31, 2027. Minister Kurum called on citizens to have risky structure assessments made and initiate the transformation process.
