Details Announced for the Ministry of Health's Recruitment of 38 Thousand Personnel

The cadre distribution and application processes regarding the recruitment of 38 thousand non-physician personnel to be made within the Ministry of Health until the end of 2026 have begun to clarify. Candidates are awaiting the publication dates and the guide for the announcement expected to be published via the Official Gazette and the ÖSYM portal.

Recruitment Process and Application Schedule

Following the announcement that 38 thousand non-physician personnel will be recruited to be employed within the Ministry of Health before the end of 2026, candidates have started researching the application schedule and cadre details.

According to statements made by official authorities, the recruitment announcement is planned to be published in the Official Gazette and on the ÖSYM portal by the end of 2026.

Cadre and Employment Methods

The recruitment of 4/B contracted health personnel to be made within the Ministry will be carried out via the KPSS preference guide to be published through ÖSYM.

The recruitment of permanent workers to be employed in cleaning, security, and maintenance services in hospitals will be made through İŞKUR via a drawing method (notary lottery).

Ministry and Presidency Statements

According to the decree published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the details of the new personnel recruitment have gained official status.

Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu wished that the new personnel appointment would be auspicious with a statement he made on social media.

Cadre Distribution and Fields

It was reported that 1 person will be assigned to emergency health services, and 7 people to district health directorates and public health centers.

It was stated that 6 people will be employed in health houses and a total of 31,040 people in inpatient treatment areas.

Branch Distribution Details

According to the announced branch distribution, 5,061 of these individuals will serve as physicians, and 25,955 as specialist physicians.

Additionally, within the scope of the cadre, 25 health officers, 9 midwives, 2 nurses, and one dietitian and one health technician each will be recruited.
