Fenerbahçe Continues Search for a Head Coach: Nagelsmann Claim

After İsmail Kartal resigned as Fenerbahçe head coach following the Galatasaray derby, the search for a manager has accelerated at the yellow-navy club. While Dirk Kuyt is managing the team on an interim basis, the management has begun evaluating potential candidates.

While domestic candidates evaluated by the Fenerbahçe management include Abdullah Avcı, Emre Belözoğlu, Aykut Kocaman, and Volkan Demirel, it is claimed that a foreign head coach has also been added to the list. According to information reported by TRT Spor, Julian Nagelsmann's name is being discussed as a foreign candidate at the yellow-navy club, and the final list of candidates is expected to become clear shortly.

Julian Nagelsmann, who most recently managed the German National Team between 2023 and 2026, left the position following unsuccessful results at the 2026 World Cup.
