Gaziantep FK advances to the next round in the Ziraat Turkish Cup
Gaziantep FK continued its journey by eliminating Etimesgut Sports Club in the Ziraat Turkish Cup. Meanwhile, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray, competing in the UEFA Champions League, guaranteed a total revenue of 69.5 million euros by the end of the fourth matchday.
In the Ziraat Turkish Cup, Gaziantep FK defeated Etimesgut Sports Club and advanced to the next round. During the same period, following the completion of the fourth matchday in the UEFA Champions League, the current revenue amounts earned by the Turkish representatives in the tournament became clear.
While the fourth matchday fixtures in the UEFA Champions League have been left behind, the revenues obtained by Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray from the organization have been updated. According to the calculations made, Fenerbahçe has guaranteed 35 million euros and Galatasaray 34.5 million euros in revenue. The total earnings of the two clubs reached the level of 69.5 million euros.
Fenerbahçe increased its points to 5 by defeating Liverpool 3-2 in the fourth matchday. Galatasaray, on the other hand, raised its points to 6 with the 2-0 victory it secured against Stuttgart. The yellow-red team had previously experienced the joy of victory against Lille as well.
