Gaziantep Signed Protocol for U14 Turkey Orienteering Championship
An official cooperation protocol has been signed for the U14 2nd Stage Turkey Orienteering Championship, which will be held in Gaziantep on March 20-21, 2027.
Preparations have begun for the U14 2nd Stage Turkey Orienteering Championship, which will take place on March 20-21, 2027, in partnership with the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, and the Turkish Orienteering Federation.
Protocol Signing Ceremony Took Place
A cooperation protocol was signed between the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, and the Turkish Orienteering Federation. Officials were present at the signing ceremony.
Twelve Hundred Athletes Expected
The championship, which will be held with the participation of approximately 1,200 athletes from different provinces of Turkey, will take place in Gaziantep.
Contributions of the Sport of Orienteering
Based on finding control points with the help of a map and a compass, the sport of orienteering develops attention and strategic thinking skills as well as physical endurance.
Inter-Institutional Coordination
The signed protocol aims to ensure that all activities within the scope of the championship are carried out in a coordinated and planned manner by the relevant institutions.
