Patch the Planet: Ajanlar kritik açıkları keşfederken küresel müdahale koordinasyonu

OpenAI announced that, as part of the 'Patch the Planet' initiative, it used the GPT-5.6 Sol model to identify critical security vulnerabilities in the PHP programming language and coordinated a global response process for their remediation.

Over the past two months, OpenAI has led a coalition of maintainers, researchers, and security vendors to address critical security vulnerabilities in the PHP programming language. Within the scope of the initiative, a critical vulnerability was identified using the GPT-5.6 Sol model, while Wiz independently discovered the same vulnerabilities. While PHP maintainers managed the patching and release process, OpenAI and its partners Wiz and Cloudflare prepared protective measures prior to disclosure.

OpenAI committed $1 billion in subsidized access through the 'Daybreak for Frontline Defenders' program to enable defenders to leverage these capabilities. Additionally, the company proposed a five-stage framework to respond to critical vulnerabilities, stating that it coordinated with U.S. government agencies such as the White House Superintelligence Force, ONCD, and CISA, as well as international partners during this process.
