U.S. District Judge Zachary Bluestone dismissed the lawsuit filed by Ann Altman against her brother, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, due to her failure to fulfill court and independent medical examination requirements. It was reported that the case has been dismissed with prejudice.

When the lawsuit was filed, Sam Altman, his mother, and his siblings issued a joint statement declaring that the allegations were entirely false and a major source of pain for their family. While approving Sam Altman's request for dismissal, Judge Bluestone denied the requests for attorney's fees and costs. Meanwhile, Santos Perez, who withdrew as Ann Altman's counsel earlier this month, stated to The Guardian that he was no longer authorized regarding the case but maintained his belief in his client.
