Following the revelation that a male employee at Çapa Faculty of Medicine secretly recorded images of female workers for 9 months, healthcare workers and students held a press conference. Organized upon the call of SES Aksaray Branch, the protest demanded a safe working environment and an effective investigation.

Following the exposure of the harassment incident—which had reportedly been going on for months at Çapa Faculty of Medicine—after healthcare workers noticed and uncovered it, the suspect was arrested. Gathering upon the call of the Health and Social Service Laborers' Union (SES) Aksaray Branch, healthcare workers and students held a press conference inside the hospital. Reading the press statement, Güneş Cengiz, the SES Çapa Faculty of Medicine Workplace Representative, emphasized that the incident was an extremely serious situation targeting the privacy of female workers.

Cengiz stated that responsibility does not lie solely with the perpetrator, but also with the Çapa Faculty of Medicine administration, which is obligated to ensure the safety of women. The statement demanded that the hospital administration conduct a transparent and effective investigation, take necessary actions against those responsible, and implement urgent measures to guarantee privacy and security. Members of the Istanbul Medical Chamber and the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine Women's Studies Club (KAÇAK) also supported the protest.
