Health Minister Memişoğlu Examined Health Technologies in South Korea

As part of his visit to South Korea, Health Minister Memişoğlu visited organizations operating in the fields of medical imaging, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical production to hold talks.

According to the statement made by the Ministry, Health Minister Memişoğlu first visited Samsung Medison, which operates in the field of medical imaging technologies, in South Korea. Afterwards, Memişoğlu moved to IFEZ, one of the world's largest centers for biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, and health technologies, and examined the activities there on-site.

Within the framework of the visits, the development of innovative initiatives, technology-focused investments, and international cooperation opportunities were discussed. Visiting the biopharmaceutical company Celltrion, Minister Memişoğlu also received information from officials about the studies for the development and production of biological drugs.
