Healthcare Services Evaluated at Mecitözü District State Hospital

Çorum Provincial Health Director Prof. Dr. Sinan Zehir and the accompanying delegation visited Mecitözü District State Hospital to evaluate the healthcare services and ongoing work in the district on-site.

Çorum Provincial Health Director Prof. Dr. Sinan Zehir, Public Hospitals Services President Dr. İhsan Demirbaş, and Public Health Services President Dr. Hüseyin Göksal visited Mecitözü District State Hospital to discuss the healthcare services provided in the Mecitözü district. During the meeting, which featured presentations by Hospital Chief Physician Spec. Dr. Mehmet Akif Gümüş and Mecitözü Community Health Center President Spec. Dr. Songül Batkın, the hospital's current service capacity, outpatient and emergency service operations, inpatient treatment facilities, performance indicators, and the status of primary preventive healthcare services were thoroughly examined.

Following the meeting, Provincial Health Director Zehir and the accompanying delegation conducted inspections in the emergency service, outpatient clinic, and inpatient ward units, evaluating physical conditions, medical equipment, personnel requirements, and service delivery processes. Within the scope of the visit, plans were discussed to expand the scope of dental health and diseases outpatient services, facilitate citizens' access to these services, and increase the capacity of home healthcare services while strengthening inter-unit coordination.
