Heavy Rain and Fog Negatively Impact Transportation in Sivrihisar

Heavy rainfall and dense fog affecting Eskişehir's Sivrihisar district and surrounding areas negatively impacted daily life and transportation.

Intermittent heavy rain and dense fog were observed throughout the day in the Sivrihisar district center as well as the rural Dümrek Neighborhood and its surroundings. The adverse weather conditions caused difficult moments especially for drivers traveling on the highway and led to visibility dropping from place to place. Drivers had to proceed on the road in a controlled manner.

Although the precipitation made daily life difficult, the rains coming after dry periods were evaluated as a blessing by the district residents and farmers.
