Indosat and F5 Join Forces for Enterprise AI Management

Indosat has partnered with F5 to introduce the Indosat Intelligence Suite, aimed at reducing the complexity, costs, and security risks associated with enterprise artificial intelligence use. The new service consolidates model access, traffic routing, security, and consumption controls into a single platform.

Indosat and F5 have joined forces to simplify enterprise AI management. Addressing the model confusion, cost increases, and security risks experienced by organizations, the Indosat Intelligence Suite service is offered within the scope of this partnership. The new platform pairs Indosat's AI infrastructure—consisting of data centers, infrastructure, and model components—with F5's enterprise platform.

According to Ahmed Guetari, Senior Vice President of Service Provider Product Management at F5, the system's built-in routing feature selects models according to workload requirements based on cost, quality, and latency. Additionally, token usage is converted into credits and distributed among applications and teams, allowing spending and consumption to be monitored from a single screen.

The platform also features a security layer against large language model threats, data leaks, and emerging artificial intelligence risks. Alongside request traceability, authentication, and logging, tenant isolation and container security are ensured via F5 BIG-IP Next for Kubernetes. The platform also offers local data processing capabilities through Sahabat-AI and Indosat-hosted layers.
