Industrial master Mia Uyanık lost 50 kilos in 1 year with an intense work pace in Ankara

Mia Uyanık, working as a mechanical master at the auto industrial site in Ankara's Etimesgut district, announced that she lost 50 kilos in one year thanks to the intense pace of her job and constant movement.

Mia Uyanık, who has been working for 5 years at the auto industrial site in Ankara's Etimesgut district, stated that she started doing mechanical master work after her experience in exhaust and tire repair. Uyanık stated that she first stepped into the industrial site as a social media specialist, and in the process, she learned the profession and tried to break prejudices against female masters in the sector.

Explaining that she dropped from 120 kilos to 70 kilos in one year thanks to the intensity of her work pace, Uyanık said that she burned a lot of calories by constantly bending and standing up during work. Stating that there are times when she takes 10,000 steps during the day, Uyanık expressed that with her weight loss, her mobility increased and running became easier.
