Jose Mourinho responded to reactions from the Sevilla side and defended Arda Güler. The Portuguese manager stated that no one could show him the alleged incident and that they did not have a single piece of footage.

Mourinho noted that he also asked his analysts, who have a tactical camera capable of capturing details not visible on television broadcasts, for footage, emphasizing that he saw no evidence regarding the situation that disturbed Luis García Plaza.
