Kocaeli City Theatres Launched Its 29th Season

Operating under the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, Kocaeli City Theatres made a magnificent start to its 29th art year with a ceremony held at the Kocaeli Congress Center Akçakoca Hall.

The season opening program, held at the Kocaeli Congress Center Akçakoca Hall, began with a candlelight concert featuring pianist Dengin Ceyhan, cellist Esin Şahin, and vocalists Fatih Kayhan and Beste Gül Çınar. Following this, the play titled "The Verdict", adapted by Yücel Erten from the work of Ferdinand von Schirach and directed by Şakir Gürzumar, was staged. Set in a courtroom atmosphere, the audience took seats in the jury box to participate in the voting and influence the end of the play.
