LC Waikiki Becomes Master Partner of COP31 and Launches Education with TEGV

LC Waikiki became the 'Master Partner' of the COP31 summit, while launching the 'Vital Development Journey' training program in cooperation with the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV) to improve children's skills in self-expression, managing emotions, and resolving conflicts.

The infrastructure of the program is based on the "Research on Support Needs in Children's Social and Emotional Development," conducted with the participation of 911 parents in 12 provinces in cooperation with FutureBright. Sinem Akgül, LC Waikiki Deputy General Manager of Customer Insights and Marketing Communication, stated that the initiative aims to support children's social and emotional competencies from an early age.

TEGV General Manager Sait Tosyalı announced that the training program will be implemented in a three-stage structure consisting of "Discovery," "Experience," and "Horizon" from the first grade to the eighth grade. The project, which plans to reach 2,432 children through 228 volunteers in its first year, has a total target of reaching 27,000 children over a three-year period.
