Lolliboni Gıda, exporting to over sixty countries, has officially gone bankrupt
The bankruptcy process of Lolliboni Gıda, operating in the confectionery sector, has been finalized with official announcements; the schedule of claims has been opened for inspection for creditors, and legal paths have been determined.
It has been announced via an official notice that Lolliboni Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which operates in the confectionery sector and exports to more than 60 countries, has gone bankrupt.
According to the notice dated October 14, 2026, published by the 1st Enforcement Office of Bakırköy, the supplementary schedule of claims and property rights regarding the company's demands was opened for inspection. It was reported that the bankruptcy process is being carried out through the bankruptcy file numbered 2024/1, and the notice in question is based on the decision dated October 9, 2026.
In accordance with the notice, parties whose claims have been partially or completely rejected must take their objections to the judiciary within legal timeframes. While it was stated that lawsuits can be filed in the commercial court within 15 days from the date of the notice for objections regarding the basis or amount of the claim, a 7-day period was stipulated for creditors objecting to the placement of the claim in the schedule.
