A new application called MaPC, aimed at bringing libraries from different game stores to Mac computers with M-series processors, has been released in its beta version.

The MaPC application, which adapts a large portion of games with DirectX 9, DirectX 10, and DirectX 11 support found in Steam, Epic Games, and GOG libraries to Mac models with M-series processors, has been released to users in beta. The application can be installed for free on computers running macOS 15 and later versions.

Aiming to simplify the gaming experience by making developer-specific automatic adjustments without requiring any Wine configuration, the system's operating mechanism consists of three basic steps. Users first connect their Steam, Epic Games, or GOG accounts to the application; the system states that it does not see the passwords for these accounts. In the second step, the selected game from the library is downloaded, and the installation status can be tracked from the downloads folder. In the final stage, the games can be launched.

Although MaPC automatically selects the correct graphics settings for each game, users can also change these settings on a per-game basis if they wish.
