Martı has publicly introduced the RoboMartı project, which combines AI-powered driverless vehicles with a shared ride model.
Introduced by Martı Founder Oğuz Alper Öktem, RoboMartı is capable of perceiving its surroundings 360 degrees thanks to its high-resolution cameras, lidar, and radar sensors. The system is designed to make driving decisions by analyzing traffic lights, pedestrians, other vehicles, and road conditions.
Oğuz Alper Öktem stated that with the RoboMartı project, they have taken the first step toward the future of driverless transportation in Turkey, aiming to initiate a new era in transportation by combining AI-operated autonomous vehicles with shared rides. It was reported that test drives have been successfully completed.
