Massive bonus decision from presidents in Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe derby

Ahead of the sold-out derby between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe at Rams Park, the presidents of both clubs announced their bonus decisions for the players.

Before the massive match between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, presidents Dursun Özbek and Aziz Yıldırım took action. While tickets sold out for the match to be played to a full house at Rams Park, it was stated that 50,000 fans will be in the stadium and approximately 2,500 fans will support the yellow-navy team. Security measures inside and around the stadium in İstanbul were increased prior to the match.

Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek set a reward of 1.5 million Euros for the yellow-red players in the event of a victory. Fenerbahçe President Aziz Yıldırım stated that he will distribute extra bonuses in case of a win and indicated that he will announce the exact amount in the locker room. While Dursun Özbek will be heading into his 18th Fenerbahçe derby of his career, Aziz Yıldırım will experience his first derby of his second term.
